With this version of release, Ales shall be able to manage reports using APIS. They wil also be
able to manage users and webhooks effectively through Aly Portal This release also
considered changes to Admin portal to menage Ally merchants as they ae diferent to Core
SSub-merchants. This release also includes miscellaneous performance improvernents and bug
fixes for various Ally and submerchant functionality
